I would like to introduce myself. . .
I am a Christian.I believe in an awesome God, a Master Artist, who created all things according to His will. I see him in beautiful sunrises, the loving service of those around me, and in the faces of my babies. I find Him in His Holy Word, in songs of worship, and when I am on my knees. He knew me and loved me before I was a speck in the universe. I believe He answers prayers and performs miracles through our Faith. I trust Him and I know he has a plan for my life.

I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that He has been here since before the beginning of creation, and that my sins are forgiven because of Him. I believe he took on human form, suffered unbearable agony, and died so that I might live. He conquered death and the grave and He will return in His time. He has seen me at my best, my worst, and everything in between. I do not have to wear a mask with Him. He loves me for me. His love is unconditional. His righteousness covers me.

I believe in the Holy Spirit. He is a person, a part of the God Trinity. He is the Comforter, whom Jesus promised, and He leads me and guides me on a daily basis. He opens the Bible, God’s Holy, Living Word to the understanding of my heart and helps me to understand that I can do anything, with God’s strength and according to God’s will. He intervenes for me and prays for me when I cannot put my needs into words.
I am a Christian.
I am neither uneducated, uninformed, nor illiterate. I refuse to be lumped into a category with poor, unfortunate members of cults, snake handlers, or racists who twist Christianity to incite mobs to violence.
I am a Christian.
I am not a hater. I believe that prejudice, jealousy, and judging are deeply ingrained in man’s DNA. They have always been powerful tools of Satan. I strive daily to replace these with empathy, understanding, forgiveness, and love. I am human and sometimes I fail, but I keep striving to be Christ-like in thought, word and deed.
I am a Christian.
I believe there will come a time when prejudice will finally be squashed and it will not matter about your race, your sex, or nationality. There will be no forced affirmative action and no desire to be like someone else. We will all, finally, be truly equal. It will be Heaven!
I am a Christian.
I believe that marriage is a holy union between one man and one woman. It is not my place to judge, “save” or push my beliefs on anyone. However, I am happy to share if you ask me. My gay friends are aware of my beliefs. I do not preach to them. I do pray for them, because I pray for all the people I love.
I am a Christian.
I believe that life begins with a spark at the time of inception. I believe that abortion is morally wrong. I will not push a sign in your face and humiliate you, but I pray that you will take time over a decision that will affect you for the rest of your life. If your decision is made, and the deed is done, I implore you to turn to God. There is no condemnation in Christ. He is all about second chances.
I am a Christian.
I believe God performs billions of tiny miracles every day. I pray you do not miss these while you are looking for a huge one. I believe God answers prayers asked in Jesus' name. I believe that if we ask for something in faith, believing God will answer, according to His will, God gives us the desires of our heart. I believe that He has time for big prayers and small prayers. Don’t be afraid to ask Him for anything. If you can’t trust Him with the small things, how in the world can you trust Him with the big things?
I am a Christian.
I believe that because I accepted Christ as my personal Savior, and because I believe he is the Son of God, I will have eternal life.
I do not want to push my beliefs down your throat. Neither will I accept you trying to keep me from expressing my beliefs. One Atheist should not be able to control the actions of thousands of Christians.
Think about it this way: If I die and I am wrong. Nothing happens. My body will return to dust and I will cease to exist. If you die without Christ and you are wrong, you will suffer eternal suffering and damnation in a very real Hell. Are you willing to take this chance? I do not want this for you. Neither does God. He is waiting behind the door. All you have to do is turn the key and unlock eternity.

I am not perfect. I am, in fact, exceptionally imperfect. I do not have all the answers. I pray for hope, grace, forgiveness, and guidance every day. If you need me to pray for you, I will. I will turn your problems over to my Heavenly Father. He can do everything!
